when do i throw my make-up??!!

This is a question that I often wonder when I'm putting on my makeup in the morning.  When I was browsing the Today Show's website--they have answered many of my questions:  When to throw mascara, eye shadow, lipstick, foundation, blush, and the such!  Check it out!!
